Payment & Cancellation Policy

 

   We strive to provide you with the best service possible. In order to do so, we must collect fees at the time of service.  We gladly accept local checks, credit cards and cash.

Out of courtesy of our wait list patients, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. Please be aware that there is a cancellation fee for missed appointments , or those canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

For your convenience our office will give you a reminder call a few days ahead of time.
